New Neighbours

Well, it was too good to last.
Games1 has new neighbours. The good news is, it seems to be another Linden Adventures in Zoning. So, it is suburbia all the way. Lucky for me, I know someone who makes spray paint and skateboards. All I need now is a slingshot.
Will the new residents of Blumfield match the suburburbia stereotype? We will see. I still have some first land, (I think - I have had rules debate with someone. I haven't bought land yet at all, but I donated my tier to group). I suspect it will be auctioned though. Has little SL realty signs.
Right now it's as good as having a private sandbox next door.
