Neighbours Update - Red or Blue server?

Small update to sim neighbours. Nothing new on the HUD front, but on the site you can now check if your server is living in Texas or Cali. Thanks to Pixeleen Mistral for requesting this feature. I wanted a fancy little Texas/Cali icon, but that will wait till later. Figured people would rather have the info than wait for me to pretty it up.
