tip: resizing

This comes via Gigs from the #secondlife irc channel
Gigs:oh man I just thought of a sweet way to scale an object down by a certain percentage
Gigs:link in a prim that’s almost minimum size on a dimension
Gigs:so like link in a 0.020 prim then scale it all the way down to scale it down exactly 50%
