attachment issues

I’ve been getting reports of people having trouble attaching babbler. I haven’t changed anything, so the problem is really SL. I would aplogize, but it’s nothing i’ve done :) When you can’t attach a babbler, please file a bug report. It’s under the tools menu.
[update] relogging resolves the issue.

   I have the newest version and I have version 2.21 and that version works find but i can not get the newer version to come up and have the time when i log out n back in its out of my inventory.
