New Babbler Distro Point

Main Babbler distro point has been moved, still on Phreak Isle, but now in the middle. Also, Phreak Isle was given a redesign, and it's looking good, so feel free to drop by to check it out.

   Hey Max, how’s the Babbler Beta going?

   Also wondering about Sim Neighbors, and if you’ve thought more about enabling it in the Babbler by default. It certainly would be a great way to generate lots of Sim data. You could always provide a persistent opt-out in notecard form, for anyone who might consider it a problem.

   Oh, and happy holly-daze.
